This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to any orders placed using subscription plans, pre-orders, or other recurring or scheduled purchase options offered by Butcher's Finest.

Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the next scheduled billing or shipment date to avoid being charged for the next order.
  • If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated under our standard Return and Shipping Policies.

Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

For pre-order items:

  • Your payment may be charged at the time of purchase or when the item becomes available, depending on the product listing.
  • You may cancel a pre-order before it has been processed for fulfillment.
  • Once a pre-order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be canceled.

One-Time Scheduled Orders (If Applicable)

For scheduled or delayed shipments:

  • Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing.
  • Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • Perishable goods cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun due to food safety and handling requirements.
