Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (including fresh food or meat products)
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
