- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Perishable Products
Many of our products are perishable and are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit.
To help ensure product quality:

- Refrigerate or freeze products immediately upon arrival.
- We are not responsible for products left unattended after delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
While we work hard to ship orders on time, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
Homesteak is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service interruptions
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other events beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your delivery location.
- Ask neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we currently ship only to locations where our products can be delivered safely and in compliance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.
